ABOUT ME
Master’s degree in Psychology
Psychological counselling practitioner
I founded Mindful Space in Da Nang to offer a place where you can slow down, speak openly and explore what is happening in your life.
I support English-speaking people adjusting to life in Vietnam, international–Vietnamese couples, and people experiencing anxiety or depression. My experience includes counselling, university teaching and community support.
You may be far from home, finding your way between cultures, or going through something that is hard to put into words. We can begin with your experience, just as it is.

AREAS I CAN HELP WITH
You don’t need to have everything figured out before asking for support.
Making sense of unfamiliar cultural expectations, feeling far from home, loneliness, and finding a sense of belonging as you build your life here.
Support for couples with an international partner and a Vietnamese partner. Together, we can explore communication, cultural differences, family expectations and patterns of conflict.
A space to talk about persistent worry, tension and uncertainty, and how they are affecting your everyday life and relationships.
Support when low mood, emptiness, loss of interest or disconnection makes daily life feel difficult.
HOW I WORK
Counselling is a collaborative process. I work with you to understand what you are experiencing, explore your needs and consider ways forward that fit your circumstances.
In our first meeting, we will talk about what brings you here, what you hope for and how we might work together. It is also a chance for you to ask questions and consider whether working together feels right.
You can share at your own pace. Respect for your choices, your context and your autonomy guides our work.
We will discuss confidentiality and its limits at the beginning of our work. You are welcome to ask about privacy before deciding what to share.
